Yvette was born and raised in Orange County, CA; she attended Santa Ana College then transferred to California State University, Fullerton where she earned a Bachelor of Science. Soon after she enrolled at California State University, Long Beach and received a Master of Arts in Education. Yvette has invested nearly 15 years of relationship building, community engagement, public speaking, and professional development with a special focus on non-profits, the education sector, and novice professionals. Creating impact fuel her desire to help everyone reach their next level.

Luis was born and raised in Orange County, CA; at an early age he demonstrated resiliency through a string of adverse experiences. Luis believes that these adverse experiences laid the foundation for his passion, determination, and grit. With an eye for systems, Luis has been able to refine, streamline, and implement EOS and LEAN systems throughout a variety of industries with a specialized focus in business. His commensurate work experience spans over a ten-year period. Luis' purpose is to help other individuals tap into their next level and awaken the leaders within.
